Rookie Redeveloper is for real estate investors who have some experience with strategies like build and hold, STRs, or flipping. 

You do not need prior new construction experience! 

The program is ideal if you have a specific development project in mind, but you can be at any stage of the process (even if it's just an idea!) 

In our discovery call, we'll make sure your experience and your goals with redevelopment are a good fit for the program.

One of my favorite parts of Rookie Redeveloper is that it attracts investors with a super wide range of experience.

Rookie Redeveloper covers redevelopment strategies like new construction (both build to rent AND build to sell) and restoration/renovations of an existing property.

Rookie Redeveloper is a 5 month coaching program.

There are 4 major parts to Rookie Redeveloper:

1. Our monthly Q&A calls and bonus training with real estate experts. 

2. Your 1:1 strategy sessions with me (you get two and can schedule them any time throughout the 5 months) 

3. The online modules: 7 modules for each step of the redevelopment roadmap. Each has video lessons, additional resources, and downloads. 

4. The community forums: Post questions, start conversations, make connections, and get feedback from me in the exclusive Rookie Redeveloper forums. 

Each month is broken down into weekly goals and expectations. 

In week 1 of every month, we will release new content in the modules and post prompts/conversation starters in the forums. Plan to spend 30 minutes to 1 hour getting an overview of our focus for the month.

Week 2 is implementation week: plan to spend 1-3 hours working through the information and resources

Week 3 is our live Q&A Call (90 minutes). Ask questions about how to apply the content and resources to your own project and goals. Share wins and work through roadblocks. Learn from fellow investors progress, challenges, and breakthroughs.

Week 4 is your time for more implementation. We may also have a bonus training or virtual happy hour (1 hour). 

In total, expect to invest 6-10 hours a month participating in Rookie Redeveloper and applying your learning to your goals, but this can range widely depending on your experience with the month's content and where you are in your project.

Rookie Redeveloper is designed to meet you at whatever stage of your project you're in. 

The coaching, Q&As, modules, and resources are designed to help you optimize your strategy, get organized, and develop a plan for each phase of your project. 

Because you become part of the Rookie Redeveloper community for life, come back to review information or ask questions any time.

If you are totally new to real estate investing, Rookie Redeveloper is not for you (at least not yet!)
